Does Zerokay offer international shipping?
Yes.
European Union: CHF 10, approx. 3–8 business days. No additional taxes or duties upon delivery.
United Kingdom & Norway: CHF 15, approx. 2–5 business days (customs may extend delivery time). Sold VAT-free; local taxes/fees may apply.
Japan: CHF 15, approx. 7–10 business days (customs may extend delivery time). Sold VAT-free. We do not ship ski helmets or helmet + goggle combos to Japan.
Australia: CHF 15, approx. 6–10 business days (customs may extend delivery time). Sold VAT-free. We do not ship ski helmets or helmet + goggle combos to Australia.

Where's my package?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID in your shipping confirmation email. Use this ID to monitor your order’s delivery status. For specific questions, contact our team via the contact form.
How can I return my order?
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving the parcel. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please follow the return instructions provided in your package. Once we receive your returned order, we will process your reimbursement within one week. For further details, please review our complete Return Policy.
Can I exchange my item?
Exchanges are only available for addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
To exchange your order, simply contact our customer service team with your order number and the details of the item you’d like to exchange it for. They will provide you with a return label and guide you through the process. The shipping costs for both the return and the exchange are free of charge.
How can I cancel my order?
To cancel an order, contact our team via the contact form with your order number and the items you wish to cancel. If your order has already been shipped, you may need to refer to our Returns Policy for return procedures.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may be able to change the shipping address. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number and the new address. Once the order is shipped, address changes are not possible.

What winter sports can Zerokay helmets be used for?
Zerokay helmets are designed for alpine downhill skiing and snowboarding. They can also be used for activities like gliding. However, they are not suitable for motorized winter sports.
Are Zerokay ski helmets and goggles certified for safety?
Yes, Zerokay ski helmets and goggles are certified for safety. Our helmets comply with the EN1077:2007 Class B standard, and our goggles meet the ISO 18527-1:2021 standard. Both undergo rigorous testing to ensure they provide the highest level of protection for our customers.
How long do Zerokay helmets and goggles typically last?
The lifespan of your helmet or goggles depends on usage, care, and exposure to environmental conditions. Typically, helmets should be replaced every 3-5 years or after a significant impact. Goggles can last several seasons with proper care. Regularly inspect your gear for signs of wear and tear.
Does Zerokay offer any warranties on its products?
Yes, Zerokay offers a limited warranty on our products to cover manufacturing defects.
How do I leave a review for a product I purchased?
