  • Yes, Zerokay currently offers shipping to Switzerland and several European countries, including Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

Fees:

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over 500 CHF
  • Standard Shipping : 15 CHF
  • Standard Shipping UK (duties and taxes are your responsibility) : 30 CHF

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID in your shipping confirmation email. Use this ID to monitor your order’s delivery status. For specific questions, contact our team via the contact form.

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving the parcel. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please follow the return instructions provided in your package. Once we receive your returned order, we will process your reimbursement within one week. For further details, please review our complete Return Policy.

To exchange your order, simply contact our customer service team with your order number and the details of the item you’d like to exchange it for. They will provide you with a return label and guide you through the process. The shipping costs for both the return and the exchange are free of charge.

To cancel an order, contact our team via the contact form with your order number and the items you wish to cancel. If your order has already been shipped, you may need to refer to our Returns Policy for return procedures.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may be able to change the shipping address. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number and the new address. Once the order is shipped, address changes are not possible.

Zerokay helmets are designed for alpine downhill skiing and snowboarding. They can also be used for activities like gliding. However, they are not suitable for motorized winter sports.

Yes, Zerokay ski helmets and goggles are certified for safety. Our helmets comply with the EN1077:2007 Class B standard, and our goggles meet the ISO 18527-1:2021 standard. Both undergo rigorous testing to ensure they provide the highest level of protection for our customers.

The lifespan of your helmet or goggles depends on usage, care, and exposure to environmental conditions. Typically, helmets should be replaced every 3-5 years or after a significant impact. Goggles can last several seasons with proper care. Regularly inspect your gear for signs of wear and tear.

Yes, Zerokay offers a limited warranty on our products to cover manufacturing defects.
