Returns & Exchanges Summary

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date*.

Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, with all tags attached
(applies to both returns and exchanges).

* Delivery date means the date the parcel is first made available to you: either (i) the date it is delivered to your address,
or (ii) if delivery is not possible and the parcel is redirected or delivered to a collection point, the date it becomes available for collection.
This date is shown on the carrier tracking. Any hold, extension, or delayed collection does not extend the 14-day period.

 


Returns

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Once received and inspected, refunds (where applicable) are issued to the original payment method.

 

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to eligibility and stock availability (size/colour/model).
  • Switzerland: one (1) size exchange per order, subject to availability and prior contact/approval.
  • International: exchanges are not offered. If needed, please return the item (according to the Returns section) and place a new order.

 

How to start a return or exchange

  • Contact us via our contact form or email [email protected].
  • Include your order number and specify whether you are requesting a return or an exchange.
  • If there is an issue (damage/defect), please include photos or videos to help us assist you quickly.
  • The return process is also indicated in the paperwork included in your parcel.
