Initiating a Return or Exchange
- To Initiate a Return or Exchange: Please contact us by filling out our contact form or emailing us at [email protected] with a detailed reason for the return or exchange. Include any supporting photos or videos if applicable.
- The return address and process are also indicated in the paperwork included with your parcel.
- Use a trackable mail service to return your item. Once received and inspected, we will process your request and issue a full refund to your original method of payment, if applicable. A receipt will be emailed to you.
Swiss-Based Customers
Returns:
- Products must be unworn, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase.
- Used or customer-damaged products will not be eligible for a refund.
- Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of purchase.
- All items in the order can be exchanged once. After the initial exchange, no further exchanges will be permitted for that order.
- All shipping and handling costs for the initial exchange will be covered by us.
International Customers
We currently ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, San Marino, and Vatican City.
Returns:
- Products must be unworn, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase.
- Used or customer-damaged products will not be eligible for a refund.
- Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility. Taxes and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are not offered for international customers. Please ensure that you select the correct size and product before completing your purchase.
