Returns

  • Used products, or products damaged by the customer, will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Reimbursement of Shipping Costs:

  • We will reimburse shipping costs only if the item is received damaged.
  • In cases of damaged items, we will provide a shipping tag for the return.

 

Initiating a Return:

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at  [email protected] or fill in our contact form with a detailed reason for the return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason.
  • Upon approval, you will receive, if applicable due to damage, the shipping label.

 

Specific Policies for Different Regions:

  • For Customers in Switzerland:
        • We will cover return shipping costs for defective items only.
        • Shipping and return costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is damaged.
  • For Customers in Europe and UK:
        • We will cover return shipping costs for defective items only.
        • Non-Refundable Taxes and Shipping Fees: Taxes are non-refundable.

Refund Process:

  • To assure your refund, please use a trackable mail service; we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.
  • Upon receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.

      • No Exchanges: Exchanges are not offered for customers in Europe.
