Domestic Shipping Policy (Switzerland and Liechtenstein)
- Shipment Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
- Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over 300 CHF
- Economy Shipping: 7 CHF
- Priority Shipping: 10 CHF
- Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 3 working days, although delays can occur during high-demand periods.
- Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.
- Damages: Zerokay Sports is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently deliver to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the number of items in your order and the country of the delivery address. The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.
Shipment Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Delivery generally takes between 5 to 10 days, depending on the destination. Occasionally, additional delays may occur due to customs processing. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
